Job Role Overview:

Civil Construction Supervisors play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all site staff and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience in Civils, Roads and Bulk Earthworks, with excellent organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Daily management and coordination of all staff and subcontractors
  • Team Supervision and development
  • Daily Plant and Labour allocations across multiple sites
  • Sourcing Plant hire jobs when required
  • Complete daily paperwork and reporting requirements
  • QA requirements and reporting
  • Manage WHS
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality targets
