Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Loan Assessor and Administrator to fill this critical role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth client interviews to identify financial needs
- Deliver personalized support and guidance to clients on available options
- Obtain necessary information or documentation
- Develop strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients
- Perform administrative tasks
You will currently possess the following skills:
- A genuine enthusiasm for providing phone-based and online finance solutions
- Attention to detail due to the financial nature of the role
- A strong work ethic and a genuine interest in the financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Drive to meet and exceed performance targets
- Empathy while negotiating a positive outcome for the client
Working Hours: 9 Day fortnight - every second Monday off as an RDO.
