Job Title: Strategic Logistics Sourcing Manager

Job Description:

The Strategic Logistics Sourcing Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing procurement strategies to drive cost savings, improve quality, and enhance supplier relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing category management strategies for logistics and 3PL services
  • Managing relationships with regional logistics leaders, ANZ business, and supply chain leadership
  • Leading sourcing activities, including RFPs and negotiations, to secure best-in-class suppliers
  • Implementing contract processes, including review and approval of purchase requisitions (PR)
  • Providing market insights and intelligence to drive incremental value opportunities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics procurement, preferably in FMCG industry or 3PL environment
  • Strong negotiation, sourcing strategy development skills, and project management expertise
  • Good understanding of financial metrics, including working capital, cost avoidance, NSV, DPO, etc.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PPT, and Word

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including flexible work arrangements, employee assistance program, paid time off, and well-being activities.
