**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our team at Perth Airport. As a key member, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, creativity and best practices in food and beverage service.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve great results.
  • Recruit, train and develop key team members and ensure succession planning is in place.
  • Work with the operations manager to enhance venues quality, service and results.
  • Complete monthly stock takes and review results and variances with relevant departments.
  • Proactively lead the team during service on the floor, ensuring all areas are performing effectively.

**Requirements For Success:**

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospitality management role.
  • Experience in both café and bar/restaurant environments preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to support, motivate and communicate with team members.
  • Adheres to Responsible Service of Alcohol standards.
  • Proven history of delivering high customer service standards.
  • Strong administrative skills and POS system experience.
