We are seeking a kind-hearted volunteer to provide companionship and conversation to an elderly lady who's feeling lonely.

This social visits role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life by offering friendship and shared interests in plants or sewing.

Visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability, providing a regular and reliable connection for our client.

HammondCare is an independent charity that provides dementia care, palliative care, and rehabilitation services for older people.
