Job Overview

The Driller position is a crucial role in our organization, requiring a high level of expertise and experience.

This full-time, permanent position involves working on land-based operations in Australia, with an 8-hour shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-start checks and safety inspections to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Maintain and service drill rigs and auxiliary equipment, adhering to strict quality control measures.
  • Operate drill rigs, including setup, sample recovery, and maintaining hole plans, while ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication with the crew.
  • Manage crew behavior, promoting a positive and productive team dynamic.
  • Oversee inventory control, generate reports, and update GDA-EMS as necessary.
  • Train drill crews in required tasks, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
Requirements

Candidates must possess a current HR class license and at least 10 years of drilling experience involving RC-Deep Diamond directional-Water bore exposure.

Additionally, they should maintain Cert III Drilling certification, demonstrating their commitment to professional development.
