**Prerequisites**:
The Drill Fitter must have minimum relevant qualifications & experience in servicing and maintaining hydraulic controlled drilling systems and heavy vehicles associated with the onshore drilling industry for a minimum of 10 years.

**Principal Function**:
To maintain, service and repair hydraulic & mechanical systems on truck and track mounted drill rigs as well as compressor and boosters and related support vehicles and accessories to the highest industry standards, in a safe, cost-effective manner, while complying with GeoDrill Drillings policies and procedures.

Accountability:
The Drill Fitter will be accountable for:

- Punctuality: Comply to all work start and end times.
- Compliance to all HSE policies and procedures; including Client HSE policies.
- Ensuring Pre-start checks and function checks operating equipment.
- Ensuring that adequate duty of care is exercised in all aspects of your work activities.
- Effective communication.
- Inventory control.
- Written Status Reports & Condition Inspections.
- To provide technical expertise to other GeoDrill Employees.

Housekeeping:

- Ensure vehicles are maintained in a clean, tidy & hazard free state.
- Maintaining work area and equipment in a clean hazard free condition.
- Disposing of rubbish in accordance with site requirements.
- Maintaining living quarters in a clean, hygienic condition.
- Ensuring the highest levels of personal hygiene at work.

**Salary**:

- From $100,000 per year
