  • Proven experience delivering large-scale technology, asset management, or operational transformation projects.
  • Experience delivering Maximo projects or equivalent asset management systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex programs and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
