Main Responsibilities
  • Leverage senior project management expertise to lead teams and ensure timely completion of projects within scope.
  • Mentor and develop operational personnel to achieve defined goals and schedules.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with stakeholders and program managers to balance competing needs and priorities.
  • Monitor project performance using earned value management and technical progress measures.
  • Provide expert advice on product/service quality and support proactive delivery approaches.
About You
  • Possess significant experience in acquisition programs, with expertise in earned value management and full lifecycle engineering.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in operational management, with strong asset and financial management skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Manage project teams, including external contractors and partners, with successful delivery in cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Hold a relevant degree in project management, engineering, manufacturing, or business-related disciplines.
  • Develop well-rounded communication and people development skills.
  • Able to negotiate and influence internal and/or external stakeholders to generate business benefits while maintaining key relationships.
  • High level of customer focus, with proven experience working with senior customers.
