Job Title: Insurance Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Insurance Solutions Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-oriented individual with strong account management skills and technical knowledge of commercial insurance.

About the Role

This role involves describing insurable risks to clients, designing bespoke insurance solutions, and maintaining relationships with underwriting partners. As an Insurance Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for managing your own budget, sales plan, and debtors, while providing mentoring and coaching to junior employees. Your primary objective will be to drive new business development and act as a brand ambassador for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Describing insurable risks to clients and designing appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Maintaining relationships with underwriting partners.
  • Managing own budget, sales plan, and debtors.
  • Providing mentoring and coaching to junior employees.
  • Driving new business development.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for our organization.
Requirements:
  • Sales oriented with the ability to build a long-term pipeline.
  • Strong account management experience and technical ability in general commercial insurance.
  • A proven track record of delivering financial and operational results.
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to provide informed risk advice and bespoke insurance solutions.
  • Manage renewal insurance programs from end to end.
