About the Role

The University of Queensland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics and Stores Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse and stores team, you will be responsible for handling various logistical tasks, ensuring the efficient collection, transport, and delivery of mail, supplies, library materials, and other items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, prepare, and dispatch store orders, as well as internal and external deliveries.
  • Responsible for the movement and transportation of library materials, goods, and furniture between all UQ locations.
  • Responsible for warehouse operations, including inventory, data, and customer service.
  • Ensure efficient product and equipment handling to meet customer needs, while maintaining high standards of operation.
About You

We are looking for a highly adaptable team player with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. You will have proven expertise in warehousing, couriering, and logistics, and experience with Office and Android logistical based software such as Excel and Orca scan.

Selection Criteria
  • Must possess a Current Queensland Open Drivers Licence.
  • Proven expertise in warehousing, couriering, and logistics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Highly adaptable team player with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience with Office and Android logistical based software such as Excel and Orca scan.
