The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full Time Shop Assistant. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment, and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs
  • Ensure fresh and appealing displays by maintaining clean and well-stocked cases and shelves
  • Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
  • Stock and clean shelves, frozen and dairy case
  • Maintain back stock in good order
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized working and shopping environment
  • Assist with food crew sampling programs
  • Follow and comply with all applicable health and safety procedures
Requirements:
  • Outgoing and positive personality, willing to engage with customers
  • Team player, coordination is key as working together is imperative for success
  • Flexible availability, willing to work across 7 days
