As a Sales and Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing key support to the sales team and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of our organization.
- Manage day-to-day office communication to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team and leadership.
- Assist in preparing and implementing bookings, materials, and promotions.
- Coordinate workplace experiences, including events, awards, and incentives.
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
- A minimum of 6-12 months experience in a similar administrative role is required.
- Candidates should possess intermediate/advanced skills in MS Office software.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and self-motivation are essential qualities for this position.
- The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to learn new systems quickly.
