Senior Venue Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Venue Manager to oversee the operations of our premium venue.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing high-end venues, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in senior-level management role in hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-end venues.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
