Auto Electrician Job Description

As an Auto Electrician, you will play a crucial role in our team's success. Your primary responsibility will be to work on new machine builds, ensuring they are completed safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate for this role will have relevant Australian trade qualifications or demonstrated experience in Auto Electrics through their mechanical trade. You should also possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to safety and adhere to company policies and procedures.

This is a Monday-Friday role, 38 hours per week, with potential for overtime. You will be required to maintain high levels of safety and housekeeping, ensure all relevant information is captured and presented in the required format, and assist in other duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Relevant Australian trade qualifications or demonstrated experience in Auto Electrics through your mechanical trade
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Current driver's license
  • High Risk Work licenses (forklift, dogging, working at heights, etc.) desirable but not essential
