Job Description:

This will be a full-time Monday to Friday role based on the Brisbane Southside. This role is fast-paced and day-to-day life could look like:

  • First point of contact for all staff and crew regarding administration matters
  • Supporting management with rosters and scheduling
  • Maintaining crew compliance, training, and industry records
  • Raising purchase orders and managing invoices
  • Front reception duties and responding to general enquiries
  • General office upkeep and maintenance

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in administration or operational support
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong time management, understanding completing all tasks and managing deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills
