Job Overview

This is a challenging role that requires expertise in physical security systems, including facility security installations, surveillance systems, and electronic access control systems.

You will work as part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our data centres. Your main responsibilities will include providing comprehensive program security guidance to personnel, managing day-to-day multi-discipline program security operations support, and performing and/or supporting the operations and maintenance of security hardware and systems employed onsite.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and provide expert advice on security matters. You should have a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Program Management: Provide comprehensive program security guidance concerning personnel, physical, operational, technical, industrial, counterintelligence, and media management.
  • Security Operations Support: Create, implement, communicate, and manage security requirements at a large, government-accredited site while providing day-to-day multi-discipline program security operations support.
  • Security Documentation: Draft and review security documentation to include transportation plans, procedures, and CONOPs.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Physical Security Systems: Expertise in physical security systems to include facility security installations, surveillance systems, and electronic access control systems.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated track record of growth and increasing responsibility that require maturity, judgment, negotiation, analytics, and influence skills.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to effectively employ a third-party guard force in a dynamic operating environment.
