Senior Residential Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Residential Operations Manager to lead our medium residential aged care facility in Melbourne's South-East.
About the RoleThis is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Care Services at our Melbourne's South-East facility. As the successful candidate, you will be accountable for upholding high-performance standards, guiding your team to achieve success, and ensuring that each resident feels welcomed, engaged, and supported.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of a medium residential aged care facility, prioritizing quality care and excellent service delivery.
- Evaluate and improve operational processes to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and support a diverse team, fostering a positive and effective work environment that encourages collaboration and open communication.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and facility maintenance, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal waste.
- Implement and uphold policies and procedures in alignment with our values and organizational objectives.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Facility Manager in residential aged care or a related field.
- Current AHPRA registration essential.
- Proven financial, people, and change management skills in an aged care residential facility, with a strong focus on results-driven outcomes.
- Strong knowledge and experience in accreditation, compliance, and standards, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

- Nurturing management style with a positive outlook, inspiring teams to excel and achieve their best.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology or a related field desirable.
