Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team.

  • This role is responsible for coordinating and administering all employee lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Employee Lifecycle Activities: Coordinate and administer all employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and exit processes.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, including modern awards and national employment standards.
  • HR Systems Administration: Administer and maintain HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and other related software.
  • Communication and Liaison: Develop effective professional relationships with leaders and employees, providing ongoing communication and support.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recognized relevant qualification and/or 3+ years in a HR related position.
  • Appreciation of confidentiality and ability to maintain it.
  • Sound knowledge of Payroll and human resource principles.
  • Current HR/IR legislation, including modern awards and national employment standards.
  • Approachable and empathetic communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in computer-based HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
