Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team.
- This role is responsible for coordinating and administering all employee lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Activities: Coordinate and administer all employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and exit processes.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, including modern awards and national employment standards.
- HR Systems Administration: Administer and maintain HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and other related software.
- Communication and Liaison: Develop effective professional relationships with leaders and employees, providing ongoing communication and support.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Recognized relevant qualification and/or 3+ years in a HR related position.
- Appreciation of confidentiality and ability to maintain it.
- Sound knowledge of Payroll and human resource principles.
- Current HR/IR legislation, including modern awards and national employment standards.
- Approachable and empathetic communication skills.
- Highly proficient in computer-based HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
