Job Overview:
This is a full-time permanent role involving leading shifts, preparing food items, and executing requests based on required specifications. You will work closely with senior chefs to develop menus and ensure adequate supplies for service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Ambassadors by setting a positive example.
- Monitor the productivity of other Ambassadors while providing support at all times.
- Assist Senior Chefs with menu preparation and ensure adequate supplies are available for service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards and HACCP guidelines.
- Contribute to revenue growth through effective food cost control and menu optimization.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery.
- Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP.
