Job Title: Return to Work Program Manager

As a highly skilled Return to Work Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing workforce health programs for work-related and non-work-related injuries. Your key responsibilities will include proactively driving injury management and return-to-work initiatives, working collaboratively with managers to ensure safe return-to-work practices, effectively managing claims to maximize outcomes, and providing input into the site's Health & Wellness strategy.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Drive Asahi Beverages' injury management and RTW program by working with injured workers, their representatives, relevant insurers, and others as appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with Managers on all aspects of activities relating to Return to Work, rehabilitation initiatives, reasonable adjustments, injury prevention, and safe return to work.
  • Effectively manage claims to maximise outcomes for both the injured worker and Asahi Beverages.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence in relation to injury management status and support stakeholders to use this information proactively to create safer work practices.

About You:
You are a passionate RTW professional with relevant experience in an injury management/RTW role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. You possess RTW qualifications, strong stakeholder management skills, a proactive and innovative approach to address emerging trends and early intervention strategies, and strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
