As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live autonomously and achieve their goals.

You will provide direct support across a range of customer needs, including domestic and personal care assistance, as well as facilitating access and engagement with the community.

Broad availability to provide services in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and overnight shifts, is essential.

  • Ability to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays with significant availability
  • Resilience, confidence and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
  • Ability to use computers and learn a variety of software/programs
