Facilities Infrastructure Manager

A facilities program officer plays a critical role in supporting business operations within the Australian Government. They are accountable for performing moderately complex estate and/or project planning administrative work, ensuring compliance with relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making, and Defence's mission and policy requirements.
The successful candidate will manage administration and coordination processes for the delivery of facilities and/or projects as directed by the capability manager. This includes coordinating project documentation, liaising with stakeholders on estate, project planning, and delivery issues, and assisting in developing corporate services' infrastructure requirements and infrastructure appraisals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project documentation and deliverables.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve estate, project planning, and delivery issues.
- Develop corporate services' infrastructure requirements and appraisals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Australian Public Service (APS) employees require strong skills in personnel administration, project planning, and stakeholder engagement. Key qualifications include:
- Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience in estate and/or project planning administrative work.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
