Our Finance practice is an attractive option for those seeking high-quality transactions without the bureaucracy and politics of large firms.

We're looking for a Senior Associate to join our rapidly growing team led by Zina Edwards. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead and advise on complex, high-value transactions involving onshore and offshore credit funds, asset managers, and other non-bank lenders.

You'll play a key role in mentoring junior lawyers, helping shape the strategic direction of the practice, and contributing to client relationship management and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and advise on complex, high-value transactions involving onshore and offshore credit funds, asset managers, and other non-bank lenders. Matters span structured finance and hybrid transactions, venture debt and growth finance, restructuring, and special situations.
  • Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the strategic direction of the practice.
  • Contribute to client relationship management and business development initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Currently practising as a Senior Associate (or ready to step into that role) in a Banking & Finance practice
  • Genuinely passionate about complex problem-solving and thinking commercially and creatively
  • Eager to play a visible role in the firm's growth and business development
