We are currently on the lookout for a Heavy Duty Mechanic to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Utilize your expertise and training to conduct mechanical diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of equipment both in the field and at various sites.
  • • Provide assistance in the workshop during periods when not on-site.
  • • Support the mobilization and demobilization processes of machinery.
  • • Aid in the dispatch and receipt of equipment.
  • • Adhere to Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Standards.
  • • Communicate effectively with clients.

Essential Qualifications:

  • • Trade qualification in mechanics
  • • Comprehensive understanding of earthmoving machinery.
  • • Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment.
  • • Valid 'C' Class driver's license.
  • • Forklift/High-risk work licenses are advantageous.
  • • Basic proficiency in computer usage.
  • • Strong communication abilities.
  • • Capability to work independently.
  • • Flexibility in work hours.
  • • Must be able to pass a Medical assessment, including a Drug & Alcohol test.
