Workshop Foreman Opportunity

Become a key member of our team at Brooks Hire, a leading provider of machinery hire services across Australia. As a Workshop Foreman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop, overseeing the servicing and maintenance of our extensive earthmoving equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of skilled mechanics in the maintenance and repair of heavy-duty equipment
  • Coordinating equipment dispatch, stock takes, and client coordination
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with:

  • A trade qualification in Heavy Duty Plant Mechanics
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Plant Mechanic
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of heavy-duty equipment and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
