Job Opportunity in Cyber Security Management

We are seeking a senior academic to strengthen our teaching, research, and industry engagement capacity in cyber security management and related fields.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cyber Security Education: Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in cyber security management and related fields, including developing and leading programs and courses.
  • Research Excellence: Conduct high-impact research in cyber security, including publishing in top-tier journals and securing competitive grants.
  • Academic Leadership: Lead and contribute to academic administration, including staff management and mentoring, HDR supervision, and educational leadership.
Requirements
  • Academic Qualifications: PhD in a related discipline with relevant teaching and course development experience.
  • Discipline Expertise: Evidence of currency within the discipline through research output, professional development, or industry experience.
  • Funding and Leadership: Demonstrated ability to attract external competitive research funding and leadership skills to build collegiality and engagement within and outside the organisation.
