We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of home lending products. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product performance, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring the portfolio remains competitive in the market.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps for the Home Lending portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  2. Identifying growth opportunities through market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  3. Crafting business cases for new product launches or enhancements to existing offerings, focusing on customer value and profitability.

You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of these products, serving as the Subject Matter Expert and driving product development initiatives from concept through to launch. This will involve working closely with technology, sales, operations, and marketing teams to deliver seamless, digital-first experiences for customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of home loan products, mortgage markets, and regulatory requirements. They will also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, as well as exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
