About the Sales Support Coordinator Role
As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a vital part in driving sales success. You'll work closely with internal teams, customers, and dealer networks to manage finance applications, documentation, and enquiries.

- Process customer finance applications and prepare supporting documentation efficiently
- Provide high-level support to sales representatives and customers via phone and email communications
- Manage data with accuracy while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Liaise with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure smooth deal progression
- Continuously contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance customer experience
We're seeking a proactive professional who thrives in a team environment and demonstrates strong organisational and customer service skills.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and sound decision-making skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded) and Microsoft Office Suite
- A degree in finance, accounting, marketing, or sales (or relevant experience)
- Experience in financial services or exposure to finance-related products will be highly valued
