This role offers a unique opportunity to champion the success of our Health and Wellbeing program, developing relationships with Home Care providers, Aged Care professionals, and Allied Health specialists.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality Health and Wellbeing initiatives within our villages.
  • Assess the effectiveness of initiatives against customer key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide exceptional service to our residents, promoting our Health and Wellbeing program and demonstrating initiative in its development.
  • Document and record data accurately, adhering to existing protocols and complying with privacy legislation.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A current registration with relevant professional bodies, such as AHPRA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of emotional empathy, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
  • A genuine passion for working with seniors.
  • Ability to work effectively within a complex team environment and autonomously.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in applications like Word, Excel, and databases.
  • A driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Soft leadership skills and a commitment to developing a high-quality Health and Wellbeing strategy for our residents.

The ideal candidate will also possess or be willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certifications.
