
Customer Experience Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide exceptional customer service and administration support in our service centre.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience, greeting visitors at reception, and providing support to the manager and daily operations.
The role involves:
- Face-to-face customer interactions
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Effectively communicating with customers about delivery timelines
- Undertaking vehicle inspections
- Exploring customer needs and educating them on services offered
- Scheduling repair bookings
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current driver's license
- The ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
