Fibre Infrastructure Specialist

Job Overview
\This role involves conducting pre-design site walks to validate and improve client designs.
\You will follow existing fibre paths, identify new build, existing network, private property or road reserve etc, and provide marked up plans to the design team.
\The Field Scoper/Surveyor will work closely with schedulers and project teams to complete all tasks within Ventia's timeframe.
\Main Responsibilities:

- Undertake field assessments, verification, and provide input to alternative design options.\
- Assess the fitness of DUCTS and pits.\
- Ensure high-quality data input integrity.\
- Direct rodding and roping crews efficiently to achieve productivity targets.\
- Capture and update data in design project folders.\
- Respond to field-based enquiries related to the survey (designers and FM's).\

About You:
\To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Prior scoping experience is preferred.\
- A Construction White Card is required.\
- Previous knowledge with Telstra fibre is advantageous.\
