About The Opportunity

A fantastic chance exists for a skilled Project Management Specialist to join our busy operations team in Newman. This integral role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities on the job, including safety protocols, contractor management, compliance, and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize timely provision of project services to meet safety, timeframes, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor associated key performance indicators.
  • Manage client expectations through frequent, accurate, and timely updates, and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Follow company processes and procedures for working with contractors and ensure that all subcontractors have necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to deliver operational requirements in line with Programmed HSE policies and procedures.
  • Receive and respond to service/work requests from the client and coordinate appropriate actions in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the safety of all individuals on-site through adherence to HSEQ policies and procedures.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook.
  • A strong commitment to safety for yourself and others.
