  • Presenting the restaurant space in a polished manner
  • Welcome and seating guests, taking orders, and communicating effectively with the kitchen
  • Memorising menus and offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, and/or drinks
  • Working event bookings from weddings to corporate lunches

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Responsible service of alcohol (required)
  • Sound written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work as a team player
