Server Role

We are seeking skilled servers to enhance our dining experience at a restaurant in Melbourne.

Job Summary:

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service while showcasing the menu offerings and ensuring seamless dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns with a smile.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Manage table allocations efficiently, ensuring timely seating and efficient serving.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food orders and presentation.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably as a server or similar role.
  • Australia Work Authorisation.
  • Night Shift availability, with flexibility to work varied schedules.
Preferred Qualities:
  • Familiarity with RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
