Lead Cafe Operations Specialist

The Lead Cafe Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing daily cafe operations, leading teams and ensuring excellent customer service. Relevant skills include management experience, problem-solving abilities and prior cafe experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee staff, lead teams and ensure a positive work environment
  • Cash up at the end of each day, manage inventory and ordering procedures
  • Communicate with the store manager and head office regarding cafe operations and performance
  • Manage team morale, handle customer complaints and build relationships with customers
  • Assist with barista work, cold drinks and floor support as needed

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous management experience in a cafe environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Able to lead teams and make decisions under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Prior cafe experience required

Work Environment:

  • Part-time position available, approximately 15-30 hours per week
