Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Process Worker to join our Extrusion Production Team. This role involves comprehensive training, and no prior experience is necessary.

Shift Details: The position operates on a rotating shift schedule, which includes:

  • 1 month on Day Shift (6am to 2pm)
  • 1 month on Afternoon Shift (2pm to 10pm)
  • 1 month on Night Shift (10pm to 6am)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in manual handling, sorting, stacking, and collecting materials within our Aluminium Products Division.
  • Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment through effective communication.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a larger team.

Essential Skills:

  • Effective communication abilities to ensure tasks are completed safely and accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Manual handling experience.
