Boat Building Opportunities

We are seeking experienced and skilled Boat Builders to join our team as Senior Composite Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare moulds and apply release agents by reading and interpreting drawings.
  • Gelcoat taping, assembling additional parts and preparing moulds.
  • Laminate fiberglass components to a lamination schedule.
  • Perform in-line inspections to minimize quality issues.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting, cleaning and assembling moulds.
  • Maintaining the work area in a clean and tidy manner.
  • Packing pre-cut digital kitted composite fabrics into moulds.

Excellent hand tool skills and machinery experience are required. Ability to work effectively within a team environment and communicate clearly is essential.
