The Role
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter / Stair Builder / Tradesperson to join our team at Molendinar. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about craftsmanship and looking to take their career to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Hands-on construction and assembly of bespoke and traditional staircases
  • Collaborating closely with a skilled, tight-knit team
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
  • Providing guidance and mentoring to apprentices as you grow in the role
  • Utilising cutting-edge 5-axis CNC technology to streamline production

What You'll Bring

  • Current Australian driver's licence
  • Completed trade qualification in carpentry, joinery, or cabinet making
  • Proven experience within the industry
  • A genuine passion for quality craftsmanship
