About the Role

The People and Culture Manager will be responsible for leading our Human Resources function. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in human resource planning, recruitment and selection, induction, performance management, and workplace relations.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies to support business objectives.
  2. Implement efficient recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a pipeline of suitable candidates.
  3. Manage employee relationships, resolving conflicts and maintaining positive working environments.
  4. Oversee Workcover claims and incident reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  5. Provide expert advice on industrial relations matters, including interpretation of enterprise awards and legislation.
  6. Stay up-to-date with changes to Enterprise Agreement, award conditions, and industrial relations matters.
  7. Apply Enterprise Agreement and award entitlements, terms, and conditions.
  8. Review and develop policies related to HR and IR matters.
  9. Coach and mentor Line Managers in performance discussions.
  10. Ensure compliance with legislative requirements regarding employee records and benefits.
