The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children. Key responsibilities include designing and facilitating activities that foster learning and creativity, building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring the well-being and safety of every child in their care, and managing a team of Educators.

A passionate and dedicated individual with a genuine interest in working with children is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare or early childhood education, excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid), Australian work rights, and a Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards.
