Deliver Results through Social Media Strategy

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in paid social media and organic social media management to drive business outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing creative strategies that deliver measurable results.

Working closely with designers, video editors, and performance teams, you will brief and implement video, motion, and still content that aligns with campaign goals and brand tone. You will also analyse competitor activity and market trends to fuel new ideas, build out a pipeline of creative concepts to test weekly across multiple verticals, and use user-generated content and influencer-style content to maximise engagement and conversions.

Alongside creative execution, you will manage budgets and optimise performance against cost-per-lead, cost-per-purchase, and return-on-ad-spend targets, while responding to ad comments and community interactions in ways that educate, engage, and push leads further down the funnel. With regular launches of new brands and offers, you will play a key role in driving growth, keeping messaging consistent across campaigns, and ensuring strategies stay ahead of social platform updates and trends.

  • 2+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns - Meta and TikTok are essential
  • Agency experience with hands-on campaign management and client-facing work
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience tracking cost-per-lead, cost-per-purchase, and return-on-ad-spend
  • Proven experience with lead generation campaigns across multiple industries
  • Understanding of creative strategy, including user-generated content and influencer-style content
  • Ability to brief, collaborate, and work closely with designers, editors, and performance teams
  • Strong communication skills to engage with clients and manage ad interactions
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
