Workplace Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Support Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will provide holistic support and advice to individuals who may be experiencing or have experienced harmful workplace behaviours.

You must be able to adopt a confidential, person-centred and trauma-informed approach when working with clients to achieve a resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide client support and one-on-one consultation to identify appropriate options to reach informed decisions.
  • Contribute to the identification of current and emerging issues and monitor performance.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure response options and outcomes for clients.
  • Bolster partnerships with Health and Wellbeing Services and others to ensure a holistic approach to early intervention and complex workplace matters.
  • Prepare reports and sensitive documents.
  • Assist in delivering presentations to internal audiences.
  • Analyse and report data in various contexts.
Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship at the time of application.
  • Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Empathy, non-judgement, and exceptional listening skills.
  • Contemporary knowledge and relevant experience.
  • High levels of resilience and flexibility.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
