The Equipment Maintenance Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations team by effectively managing equipment and stock nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage equipment for the organization, including ordering, receiving, storing, stocktaking, distribution, and maintenance
  • Ensure service equipment is maintained to Australian standards, identify damaged equipment, and arrange repairs
  • Organize equipment storage at designated facilities, ensuring compliance with established standards
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers to facilitate equipment needs and respond to team requests
  • Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies to achieve a zero-harm outcome

Work Arrangements:

  • Monday to Friday work schedule
  • Full-time position starting as casual with potential to become permanent
  • Based out of designated facilities, close proximity to main transportation routes and on-site parking available

Requirements:

  • Background in stores management with skills including forklift license, HR license, high computer literacy, equipment maintenance experience, and inventory management knowledge
  • Self-motivated, proactive, honest, reliable, and excellent communication and time management skills
  • Able to work under pressure, travel, and work autonomously
