As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art 33-bed acute unit for those aged 18 and over. Our Cooinda Mental Health unit provides assessment and evidence-based treatment for patients experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD/trauma, eating disorders, psychotic disorders, addictions, complex needs due to mental illness, as well as young adult and older persons' mental health needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practices, and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes.
- Delivering exceptional person-centered care by collaborating with your multidisciplinary team, utilizing excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Committing to patient safety and quality improvement.
- Developing a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Working full 24/7 rotating roster.
