We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and empathy skills when interacting with clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily needs such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Remind clients to take medication and assist with administration if necessary.
  • Monitor vital signs and promptly communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Perform light household tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to specific dietary requirements.
  • Foster meaningful conversations and offer emotional support to clients and their families.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Completion of a state-approved training program for Home Health Aides or CNA License.
  • A valid certification as a Home Health Aide.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide.
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills when interacting with clients and their families.
  • Able to safely lift and move clients using proper body mechanics.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Current CPR Certification.
