Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing physical and emotional support to residents
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing healthy meals and snacks
  • Participating in recreational activities and promoting social interaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Certification in Individual Support or Aged Care (Certificate III or IV)
  • Experience working in a residential care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to undergo regular training and development
