About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our Civil Design team in delivering high-quality projects that benefit the community. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence in civil design projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of civil design engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality designs.
  • Develop and implement design strategies to meet project requirements and community needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are achieved.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a civil design team.
  • Expert computer skills and experience in computer-aided design (CAD), Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
  • High-level professional and technical design skills, including problem-solving and project costing.
  • Registered member of the Institute of Engineers Australia.
