Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Administrator to provide essential support to the Project Team, which includes the Program Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineers, specifically for our Brendale Battery project in QLD. In this role, you will be the backbone of the office, thriving in a dynamic environment where your exceptional time management skills will be crucial in managing various tasks and ensuring project continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update various registers and databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events related to projects
  • Offer general administrative assistance to the project team as needed
  • Manage document control and maintain accurate records

Candidate Profile

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within a project engineering or construction environment
  • Certificate III in Business Administration (preferred)
  • A solid understanding of business operations and best practices
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A logical, organized, and practical work approach
  • Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including clients, office staff, suppliers, and subcontractors
