Pharmacist Manager Role

This senior leadership position involves overseeing a community pharmacy team and working in collaboration with other pharmacists, experienced dispensing technicians, and front-of-shop staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to effectively motivate and manage the team.

The role offers flexible roster arrangements tailored around your preferred shifts, with opportunities for remote work. While some evening and weekend shifts may be solo, you will typically work alongside another pharmacist.

As a Pharmacist Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless patient care through efficient robotic dispensing processes using Minfos software.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating the pharmacy team to achieve high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
  • Working collaboratively with the management team to implement business strategies and improve overall performance
  • Managing resources to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance productivity
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and quality control procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience working with robotic dispensing systems (Minfos) or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
